About Sharks

Blacktip Sharks are the centerpiece of the new Blacktip Reef Exhibit at the National Aquarium. These schooling sharks grow to about 6 feet and are commonly found in tropical and subtropical waters. Donate to fund exhibits like Blacktip Reef and support conservation efforts.

About Chicks

These baby Chicks are tons of fun and always on the move. Spend a while getting to know them and they'll surely brighten your day.

The chicks are hosted by our friends at South Mountain Creamery in Middletown, Maryland. If you want your milk straight from the Cow, you have to call South Mountain Creamery.

New Chicks arrive approximately every 4 weeks!

Penguins

About Penguins

This exhibit is home to both Rockhopper Penguins from South America and African Penguins.

Penguin Cam is in partnership with the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans. Located on the Mississippi River adjacent to the French Quarter, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas immerses you in an underwater world.

Daily Feedings: 11:30 am ET and 4:00 pm ET
