If schools are supposed to be preparing kids for the real world, why don’t our schools look and feel more like the real world?
Join Ginger Lewman as she walks us through the basics of Project/Problem Based Learning. She’ll be highlighting how she and her education partner, Kevin Honeycutt have, for over half a decade, developed the LifePractice PBL model, a strong curriculum support for both beginner and experienced PBL teachers.
These PBL ‘recipe cards’ begin with a tasty anchoring artifact and a challenge that kids will want to dig right into. Additionally, each recipe card project plan includes multi-disciplinary ingredients (Social Studies, Science, Math, Reading, and Writing) at elementary through high school levels so teachers can see how to create rich learning opportunities for their students. And just like any recipe, each project card is fully able to be modified to fit the needs and tastes of your own learners!
Join us and learn more about how to create delicious PBL learning for your students that will leave them asking for more!
