Note: Downloaded PowerPoints may have trouble opening on some machines because the videos are not attached. It takes time for the machine to attempt to find each attached video. Eventually, it offers the choice to download without videos.The pdf's are safer and should download without problems. Attaching videos would make the downloads impossibly large. Be sure to check the pdf's and presentations before you print hardcopy. Many contains pages in addition to what was presented. These are valuable for reference but you may not need a hard copy.

Note that many of thePowerPoints are the newer Microsoft Office .pptx format. They should open in previous versions of Microsoft PowerPoint. The files were created in PowerPoint on either Mac or PC. Note on Media in Google Earth: When saving a Placemark with embedded flash video, the video file does not come with the saved file. An embedded image in a placemark does, but the flash apparently does not. Although I was certain I had embedded flash in a save file, I cannot duplicate this so must conclude that currently an embedded flash file doesn't attach. This is a change in the new versions Google Earth. Who knows what will happen in future versions. Whether the image comes along also depends on the version of GE.
