started his career as a teacher at Julia de Burgos Bilingual Middle School in the School District of Philadelphia where he was highlighted in The Emergency Teacher, a book about urban teaching. Recently, he co-founded the Purple Feet Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on helping underserved students think about their future.
began his career in a first grade classroom in North Carolina where he then modeled and supported the effective use of technology as an instructional technology facilitator for Wake County. Justin joined Discovery in 2008 to support and grow Discovery Education's Discovery Educator Network (DEN).

is Vice President of Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment for Discovery Education. She is responsible for providing leadership in the development of instructional resources including assessments and professional development content that underscores the role of digital content and technology in the implementation of the Common Core State Standards and the new assessment systems.

Renée was a Middle School World Language Teacher, a District World Language Coordinator and an Elementary School Principal in Northeast Pennsylvania. She worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Education to write the Pennsylvania World Language Standards and has presented at the state level and internationally on technology infused, high yield instructional strategies to improve second language acquisition.
