In that position, she led reversion program acquisition initiatives and worked closely with third party producers to acquire new programming.Prior to joining Al Jazeera America, Napoli worked as vice president of video products and archive management at the National Geographic Society where she led the digital motion department overseeing acquisitions and ancillary rights, research, archive management, education sales and marketing departments.
