Hands-On STEM
Thursday, December 1 | 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET
Are you ready to get your hands on STEM? This virtual STEM event empowers the next generation of solution seekers with skills they need to take on some of the planet’s greatest challenges.
Join host Brandon Okpalobi as he introduces students to a local or global issue, connects with inspiring people within that field, and helps students uncover their own potential with exciting hands-on STEM activities.
In this session, we’ll learn how leaders from the biopharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, are shaping the future of cancer research using the study of DNA. Appropriate for students of all ages, this event includes activities geared towards grades 4-8.
Share this online experience with your students, parents, and communities so they can all join the fun from wherever they are! And if you cannot make the live session, it will be available on-demand following the event.
